2nd Chance Programs

Access to ASAP services is not limited to companies regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Employers with workers in safety-sensitive positions have responsibilities to ensure the safety of their employees and the public.

A drug-free workplace providing a 2nd chance for their employees has been proven to decrease workplace accidents and workers’ compensation claims, helps guard against costly liability exposures, protects productivity, reduces employee turnover, improves employee morale, reduces workplace tardiness and absenteeism.

ASAP provides Second Chance Programs for Employers with the same nationwide evaluation, case management and testing services that federally regulated employers rely upon to return employees safely to work following a:
