Second Chance Programs
Access to ASAP services is not limited to companies regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Employers with workers in safety-sensitive positions have responsibilities to ensure the safety of their employees and the public.
A drug-free workplace providing a 2nd chance for their employees has been proven to:

ASAP provides Second Chance Programs for Employers with the same nationwide evaluation, case management and testing services that federally-regulated employers rely upon to return employees safely to work following:
- positive drug/alcohol test
- self-referrals
- DWI/DUI
- refusal to test
ASAP offers tailored services for:

- drug-free workplaces
- second chance mandated state laws (Minnesota, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont)
- aftercare compliance and management
ASAP programs have a success rate of 85% for individuals who successfully complete the program and return to work safely.
