Updated DOT Employer Drug & Alcohol Handbook

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC) has published a newly DOT updated employer handbook version of its “What Employers Need to Know About DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing.”

This is the first comprehensive update since 2015 and includes refreshed guidance to help employers, DERs, and safety managers maintain compliant DOT testing programs. You can access the DOT updated employer handbook directly on the ODAPC website here:
