This course satisfies the training requirements for supervisors mandated by the Department of Transportation regulations FRA 49 CFR 219; FAA 14 CFR 120.223 and 120.115; FMCSA 49 CFR 382.603; FTA 49 CFR 655.14; PMSHA 49 CFR 199.113(c) and 199.241; USCG 46 CFR 16.401. It includes one hour of alcohol misuse awareness training, one hour of drug abuse awareness, and one hour FRA post-accident training.
