Supervisor’s Guide to Substance Use Awareness and Reasonable Suspicion (Non Federally Regulated)

This course provides a foundation for managers and supervisors to understanding substance abuse issues in the workplace. It provides tools for identifying behavioral indicators and methods for referring an employee for drug or alcohol testing. This course DOES NOT satisfy the training requirements for supervisors required to comply with the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Testing regulations.
