SAPAA 2019-2020 Leadership Announced

Congratulations to Sandra Serrano, SAPAA President-Elect 2019-2020. Sandra has been an active member of the SAPAA Board of Directors since 2016. As a Board member, she has utilized her experience to help further SAPAA’s mission to promote the highest standards of quality and integrity in the field. As the Membership Committee Chairperson, she lead monthly meetings to discuss  goals, benchmarks, and progress. Sandra also serves on the Conference and Government Relations Committees, as well on a sub-committee on the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

As the Chief Development Officer at ASAP, she works with many associations representing other facets of substance abuse prevention and risk management, such as the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN). As a speaker at both the AAOHN and EAPA 2018 conferences, she had the opportunity to help SAPs and other treatment providers understand the importance of the DOT 49 CFR Part 40 regulations and updates that may occur.

Congratulations to all the 2019-2020 SAPAA Board of Directors & Leadership. We look forward the energy and experience that everyone will bring to supporting SAPAA’s vision and mission.
