Drivers in "prohibited" status on the FMCSA Clearinghouse will have their commercial driving privileges downgraded until they comply with the RTD Process.

Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse: October 2022 Monthly Summary Report

According to the October 2022 report published by the DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse, there are over 42,515 truck drivers eligible for hire. These drivers have completed the DOT required Return to Duty process to be able to return to the roads. Another almost 17,000 drivers are ready for an employer to hire them once they receive a negative Return to Duty test.
