DOT Publishes Drug Testing Rule
On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, the Department of Transportation (DOT) Publishes Drug Testing Rule that makes minor technical corrections to the OST, FAA, FTA, and PHMSA regulations governing drug testing for safety-sensitive employees.
