National Truck Driver Appreciation Week

This week is National Truck Driver Appreciation Week running from September 15-21, 2013.  Events are being held nationwide to honor the 3.1 million men and women who do their part in keeping businesses moving.  According to the American Trucking Association professional truck drivers “log close to 398 billion miles each year and in 2012 delivered 68.5 percent of the U.S. freight tonnage – or over 9.4 billion tons of freight.”
