The ASAP service delivery team is currently enrolled in a DOT SAP Refresher course. This course, which is designed for DOT Substance Abuse Professionals, reviews the DOT SAP regulations in 49 CFR Part 40 as well as relevant DOT drug and alcohol testing rules, changes to the regulations in the past 2 years and clarification of commonly encountered DOT Operating Administration (Mode) specific regulatory questions. The belief at ASAP is that an informed and knowledgeable staff is better equipped to manage the specialized needs of our clients.
